Innova Healthcare is a healthcare group focused on providing health services and managing patient data.

Brief
The goal was to map the group’s operations and propose specific AI applications that would simplify processes, reduce administrative burden and improve communication.

Challenge
The healthcare environment handles large volumes of data, documents and repetitive tasks. At the same time, it is critical to maintain accuracy, security and quality of patient communication.

Solution

Process and needs analysis
We mapped key processes, data and document workflows and identified the areas with the greatest potential for AI application.

AI application design
Based on the analysis, we prepared a specific AI implementation proposal for the group, focused on automating selected activities and working with information more efficiently.

AI chatbot design
The proposal included a concept for an AI chatbot for patient communication, with the potential to speed up responses, clarify information and reduce the workload on staff.
