Solution design

Sati is a company that provides personal counselling services, where people can call a consultant to discuss their mood and current challenges. The company’s goal is to offer clients a space for open and safe conversation that helps them manage stress or difficult life situations. Sati decided to implement artificial intelligence to enhance its service delivery process, improve communication and better support its consultants.
AI was deployed to analyse conversations between clients and consultants. Using advanced natural language processing (NLP), the AI monitors the tone and emotional state of clients during conversations, helping consultants better understand the client’s current needs and mood. This technology is capable of analysing text or voice messages in real time and recommending to the consultant which approach to take in a given situation.
